  • Windows: Fixed stained glass window over door and 1 sash window on either side of door. 
  • Roof: Asphalt shingle, very steep gable above the front door. The gable has very decorative facia and a finial at apex of gable.

  • Context: Attached cottage on the north side of Wellesley Cottages. Short narrow asphalt street running north of Wellesley Street. The asphalt ends abruptly, changes to an interlocking brick street, turns west and widens into a parking area in front of the cottages.
