    Purchased by my parents Alan and Catherine Budd.
    We attended Rose Avenue Public school.

    I think they only paid $12,000 for it.
    We attended Rose Avenue Public school.
    I still remember the layout of this house. Was small, long and thin.
    Never realized is was built in 1888.
