The District’s boundaries include the residential area located from the rear of the properties on the south side of Carlton Street on the north, Seaton Street on the west; the north side of Shuter St. at the south and Berkeley Street to the east.
There are currently 38 properties listed on the Toronto’s Inventory of Heritage Properties and over 650 residences in this area.
